TCC Now Offering Certified Agile Leader 1 (CAL 1) Training

TCC, a leader in agile training and business change solutions, is pleased to announce that it is now offering the Certified Agile Leader 1 (CAL 1) course from Scrum Alliance. The course is designed for anyone who wants to lead effectively in an agile environment, whether they are already in a leadership role or preparing for one.

Agile ways of working depend on leaders who can create the right conditions for teams to succeed. Over three days, delegates explore what agile leadership looks like in practice and how to apply it in their own organisations. The course is led by a Scrum Alliance Certified Trainer and is built around practical group exercises.
